By purchasing any service or product from As Told By Danii ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. These policies apply to all services, digital products, and physical merchandise offered through As Told By Danii.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please review all product details and descriptions before purchasing. If you have questions about a digital product before buying, contact us at info@astoldbydanii.com.
Clients have a 2-week window from the date of delivery to request minor updates to their custom apparel order. Minor updates may include small adjustments to placement, sizing of a design element, or color correction — at our discretion.
Requests for minor updates must be submitted in writing via email to info@astoldbydanii.com within the 2-week window. After this period, no further updates will be accepted.
If an error occurs as a result of a mistake made on our end (i.e., the product was produced differently than what was approved in the mockup), we will replace the item at no additional cost to you. This applies only to errors that are clearly our fault and differ from the approved final design.
All coaching, consulting, and service sessions are scheduled through our booking system. Cancellations and rescheduling policies are handled at the time of booking. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Service packages and custom project agreements are governed by the terms outlined in any written agreement or proposal provided at the start of your project.
